Egret Golden Bay grandly plans French-style palace villas of roughly 216–600 m², river-view flat-floor apartments of 185–300 m², and villa-area high-rises of 91–163 m², bringing a disruptive product and living experience to Shengzhou with its rare layout and scale.

Entering the central axis, the harmonious combination of tall tree arrays, layered planting, European planters and splendid water features interprets the symmetrical order and ceremonial grandeur of a French royal garden. The wave-shaped façade of the river-view high-rises, clad in curved glass and aluminium panels, reflects naturally against the sparkling river scenery, forming a new city landmark for Shengzhou.
